The 30% reservation deposit is non refundable.
The balance amount (70% final payment): If there is a cancellation 60 days or more prior to travel you are refunded 95%. If you cancel 45-60 days prior to travel you are refunded 70%. If you cancel 45-30 days prior to travel you are generously refunded 50%. And if you cancel 30 days or less prior to travel you are only eligible to receive a 10% refund, because of the limited time to reserve another guest. We accept Pay Pal (Visa and Mastercard) though the website, money orders or checks.
If payment is made via pay pal their convenience fee of 2.9% will be applied to the deposit and or balance amount.
